Counselling in West Hampstead

Most people spend a long time thinking about therapy before they do anything about it. By the time they start looking, what they want is often quite practical: someone qualified, somewhere they can actually get to, at a time that doesn’t require rearranging the whole week.

I see clients in West Hampstead on Thursday and Friday afternoons and into the evening, which tends to suit people who’d rather end the week with a session than try to fit one into the middle of it.

I work from a consulting room on Iverson Road, London NW6 2HL

West Hampstead is a two-minute walk away, and it’s an unusually well-connected corner of north-west London: the Jubilee line, the Overground and Thameslink all stop within a few hundred metres of each other. Finchley Road and Kilburn are both a short bus ride.

People come to this room from Kilburn, Swiss Cottage, Queen’s Park, Brondesbury, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Cricklewood and Golders Green

Where I see clients

Thursday 2 to 8pm
Friday, 2pm to 6.30pm

I also work from Craven Terrace in Paddington on Mondays and Saturdays, and offer online and telephone sessions throughout the UK

When I’m there

Sessions in French or English

I’m French, and I’ve lived in London since 2006. I work in both languages, and you’re welcome to move between them in the same session if that’s how your mind works. Some things are easier to say in a first language; occasionally the opposite is true.

If something has been taking up more space in your life than you’d like, you don’t have to work it out alone. You’re welcome to get in touch for a free 20-minute call by phone or video, or simply to ask me a question first.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on. Knowing that something needs to change is enough.
