Online counselling, in English or French
I see clients online by video, wherever they are in the UK and, in some cases, outside it.
Some people choose online because it’s simply how they prefer to work: no commute, no waiting room, and the session happens somewhere they already feel comfortable. For others it’s what makes therapy possible at all; your week doesn’t allow for travel, you’ve moved and don’t want to start again with someone new, or you live somewhere without a therapist who speaks your language.
Sessions are 50 minutes, the same as in person. We meet by videocall.
You’ll need somewhere you won’t be interrupted, and headphones can help. Beyond that there’s nothing to set up. I’ll send you a link before our first session.
The work itself doesn’t change. I use EMDR and hypnosis online as well, which surprises people, but both adapt well to video.
How online sessions work
Throughout the UK.
If you’re outside the UK, get in touch and I’ll tell you whether I can work with you where you are. Rules on cross-border practice vary by country and I check each one before starting, rather than afterwards.
I also see clients in person in West Hampstead on Fridays, and in Paddington on Mondays and Saturdays.
Where I can work with you
If something has been taking up more space in your life than you’d like, you don’t have to work it out alone. You’re welcome to get in touch for a free 20-minute call by phone or video, or simply to ask me a question first.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on. Knowing that something needs to change is enough.
